​Welcome to NVHS MAT!
Mu Alpha Theta is a national math honors society where members are involved in community service, tutoring, national contests, and fun math activities ranging from recreational mathematics (such as logic puzzles and scavenger hunts) to planning the Pi Day festivities at NVHS and participating in the RCML competition.

  • The next MAT meeting is October 8th 2024 @ 2:30 PM in D207 and D209!
  • Next few meetings will be 10/22/24, 11/12/24, and 11/19/24
  • Get those hours in! Start thinking about a design for T-Shirts! The t-shirt deadline is the end of 1st semester!
  • Sign up for ARC tutoring!
  • Look out for opportunities as a math team proctor!

  • Biweekly Meetings: Tuesdays right after school @ 2:30 PM
  • Math Team Competition (proctoring): TBD
  • Middle School Math Fair: TBD
  • RCML Rounds are REQUIRED please note these dates
    • ​Round 1: January 8-28 2025
    • Round 2: Febuary 5-25 2025
    • Round 3: March 4-24 2024


​Induction Requirements
  • Participation in all three rounds of RCML Contests
  • 5 Volunteering Hours per Semester
  • ​75% Attendance at Meetings
